FOR PROPERTY SEEKERS

Make the next decision easier.

Use MLS Africa to narrow the search—not to replace independent verification.

1

Explore freely

Browse approved homes, land, commercial space, and development opportunities—no account required.

2

Keep a plan

Sign in only when you want to save homes, compare options, or build a shortlist to share.

3

Connect and verify

Send an inquiry to the listing representative, then inspect and use qualified local advisers before paying or signing.

EMAIL & WHATSAPP ALERTS

Let matching homes come to you.

One saved search, your choice of channels. Alerts are summaries, not instant notifications for every property.

Set up property alerts →
1

Choose your search and channels

Sign in to My Plan with a verified account email. Set your property preferences and daily or weekly frequency. Email and WhatsApp are separate, optional choices—not selected for you based on location.

2

Save or connect

For email, select the email consent box and Save preferences. For WhatsApp, select its consent box and tap Connect WhatsApp: this saves your search and opens WhatsApp. Send the prefilled message; your connection confirms automatically when you return. No email subscription is needed.

3

Receive matches, stay in control

Summaries include up to 20 new matching approved listings published after your search starts; sample properties are excluded. Pause emails or use the unsubscribe link in an email. Reply STOP or disconnect in My Plan to stop WhatsApp alerts. SMS is not enabled.

FOR OWNERS & PROFESSIONALS

A straightforward path from draft to live property.

Individual owners, agents, brokers, and developers use the same accountable publishing path.

  1. 1

    Create

Add the property facts, photos, price, location, and contact details.

  2. 2

    Submit & pay

Eligible residential listings start with 180 days free during the launch offer. Commercial fees remain separate. All listings require review.

  3. 3

    Review

MLS Africa can approve, request changes, or reject a listing with a clear record.

  4. 4

    Publish

After approval and confirmation of a free launch period or listing payment, the owner chooses when the property goes live.
